Our staff no longer take calls anymore. The system is taking on tenant service requests, potential tenants are calling in and booking viewings, and not one employee is involved. I used to spend 30 minutes on each google review response to make sure everything I said was perfect. It's now done for me in my sleep. And its better then I could I have said it. What magic is it you guys are working with!?
